By using the Paatasala platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site and mobile experiences.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Role-based access (parent, teacher, coordinator, admin) must only be used for program purposes.
Use the platform to participate in classes, manage students, and communicate with the Paatasala community. Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to circumvent security controls.
Class materials, resources, and media are for educational use within Paatasala. Do not redistribute without permission. You are responsible for content you upload and must have rights to share it.
Resources provided in the E-Library are for enrolled families and volunteers. Respect copyright and licensing requirements of any third-party materials.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or outages may occur. Critical communications will be shared via email when possible.
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We apply role-based access and monitoring to protect student and family data.
We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, security risks, or misuse. You may request account closure via admin@paatasalausa.org.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaatasalaUSA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
